The price provided is the per hour rate if you need help accessorizing your home and are interested in a professional Interior Designer to decorate it for you. A budget can be provided for the Designer to stay within, and any design intentions and desires would be discussed in the initial consultation. For an additional fee, Photoshopped sketches can be requested for review prior to purchasing the Designer's recommended accessories and artwork. A Photoshopped sketch can consist of a floor plan with each new item added to scale: marking its location and details of the item. Depending on the type of project a rendered sketch can also be a digital alteration of a picture. Pictures can be taken of the room(s) needed and then the image is altered to include the accessories suggested.

The price provided is the per hour rate for an NCIDQ certified Interior Designer & experienced Project Manager. To provide home renovation or new build consulting and project management. NCIDQ Certification is the industry's recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and the strenuous requirements of the NCIDQ Examination give clients added confidence in the caliber of work from NCIDQ Certified designers. Consulting consists of the five phases of Interior Design: Preliminary Design & Programming, Concept Development & Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.

(Fixed rate may vary depending on actual cost of hotel and airfare, shopping rate is $18 an hour. The best place to purchase a large quantity of furniture is FurnitureLand South in North Carolina, a three day trip with airfare & hotel accommodations. Interior Designer will be with you to walk through the vast showrooms, make furniture selections and then fabric and finish selections, and if there is time lamps, accessories, mirrors, and area rug selections)

The price provided is a fixed rate if you only want to receive realistic renderings and no other Design Services. The fixed-rate includes: up to 3 different camera views of 1 room. Realistic renderings provide a realistic portrait of the proposed design to help the client be able to see inside the Interior Designer's vision. Realistic rendering is detailed and time-consuming work but also a great asset for decision-making.
